Solution:

Cell division consists of nuclear division and cytoplasmic division.
Karyokinesis is the stage of nuclear division and divided into four stages; prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase.
Interphase is a stage prior to karyokinesis. It has three phase $G_{1}, {S}, G_{2}$. Replication of centriole occurs during $G_{1}$-phase of interphase. DNA replication takes place in S-phase of interphase.
