Solution:

Emasculation is the process of removal of anthers from a bisexual flowers, before the anthers mature. This prevents self pollination in these flowers to induce hybridisation in breeding programmes. This process is immediately succeeded by bagging, which prevents unwanted pollen to come in contact with emasculated flowers. Anthesis is the first opening of floral bud. Pollination is the phenomenon of transfer of pollens from anther (part of stamen) to stigma (the receptive tissue of carpel to which pollen attaches).
