Q. Reaction of $PCl _{3}$ and $PhMgBr$ would give

Solution:

When phosphorus trichloride reacts with phenyl magnesium bromide (Grignard's reagent), all the three chlorine atoms of $PCl _{3}$ are replaced by phenyl group of phenyl magnesium bromide and triphenyl phosphine is obtained.
