Solution:

$\frac{d H}{d t}\times \frac{1}{ V}=\frac{i^{2} R}{A \ell }=\frac{i}{A}\frac{i R}{\ell }=J\frac{V}{\ell }$
$=\frac{J E \ell }{\ell }=JE$
