Q. Rain is called acid-rain when its pH is below

Solution:

Acid rain is rainfall and other forms of precipitation with a pH less than 5. pH of normal rain is 5.6 - 6.5. It is caused by the large scale emission of acidic gases into the atmosphere from thermal power plants, industries and automobiles.
