Solution:

J.B. Sumner (1926) suggested the proteinaceous nature of enzymes. He purified and crytallized the first enzyme urease. The term enzyme was coined by W. Kuhne (1878). Buchner (1897) was awarded Noble Prize for first isolating an enzyme zymase from yeast.
