Solution:

$B \propto \frac{1}{x^{3}} \Rightarrow \frac{B_{1}}{B_{2}}=\left(\frac{x_{2}}{x_{1}}\right)^{3}=\left(\frac{3 x}{x}\right)^{3}=\frac{27}{1}$
