$\Rightarrow E =\frac{ kq _{1}}{\left(15 \times 10^{-2}\right)^{2}} \sqrt{2}+\frac{ kq _{1}}{\left(\sqrt{2} \times 15 \times 10^{-2}\right)^{2}}$
$=\frac{9 \times 10^{9} \times 3 \times 10^{-9} \times \sqrt{2}}{225 \times 10^{-4}}+\frac{9 \times 10^{-9} \times 3 \times 10^{-9}}{2 \times 225 \times 10^{-4}}$
$=\frac{38.1}{225 \times 10^{-4}}+\frac{13.5}{225 \times 10^{-4}}$
$=\frac{51.6}{225 \times 10^{-4}}$
