$E = \frac{hc}{\lambda } \Rightarrow \lambda = \frac{hc}{E }$
$\Rightarrow \lambda =\frac{6.6\times10^{-34} \times3\times10^{8}}{ 11\times1000\times1.6\times10^{-19}}$
$= 12.4 \,\mathring{A}$
wavelength range of visible region is $4000\mathring{A}$ to $7800\mathring{A}.$
