Peyer's patches are found in ileum and made up of lymph nodes. These are aggregates of lymphocytes where B cells form a central follicle and are surrounded by T-cells and macrophages which help the T-cells to recognise Antigen Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) is made up of Peyer's patches.
