3 Layers are found in the wall of uterus:
$1.$ Perimetrium : External thin membranous layer.
$2.$ Myometrium : Middle thick layer of smooth muscles which exhibits strong contraction duringpartiturition.
$3.$ Endometrium: Inner glandular layer lining the uterine cavity that undergoes cyclical changes duringmenstrual cycle.
