In stomach, chief cells secrete two digestive proenzymes pepsinogen and prorennin. Oxyntic cells or parietal cells secrete $ HCl $ and castles intrinsic factor required for the absorption of vitamin- $ B_{12} $ .
Mast cells in areolar tissue which secrete histamine (vasodilation), serotonin (vasoconstrictor) and heparin (anticoagulant).
