Solution:

Pellagra is caused by the deficiency of vitamin $85$ (niacin or nicotinic acid). It was discovered by Goldberger in $1912$. It is characteristic by $3D$'s and its symptoms include dermatitis, diarrhoea and dermentia. The main sources of vitamin-$B_5$ are fresh meat, liver, fish, milk, cereals, pulses etc.
