$\pi=\frac{ n _{ B } RT }{ V }: n _{ B }=\frac{ w _{ B }}{ M _{ B }}$

$\pi=\frac{ w _{ B }}{ M _{ B }} \times \frac{ RT }{ V }$

$\Rightarrow M _{ B }=\frac{ W _{ B }}{ V } \times \frac{ RT }{\pi}$

$=\frac{2 \times 0.0821 \times 300 \times 760}{0.3 \times 20}$

$=0.0821 \times 100 \times 760=6239.6 \,g \,mol ^{-1}$
