Orbital velocity of satellite $v_{o}=\sqrt{g R_{e}}$
$=\sqrt{\frac{G M_{e}}{R_{e}^{2}} \times R_{e}}$
$\left\{\therefore g=\frac{G M_{e}}{R_{e}^{2}}\right\}$
$=\sqrt{\frac{G M_{e}}{R_{e}}}$
Hence, linear velocity of satellite in circular orbit does not depend on the mass of satellite.
