Potential difference between two points in a electric fields is,
$V_{A}-V_{B}=\frac{W}{q_{0}}$
Where $W$ is work done by moving charge $q_{0}$ from point $A$ to $B$ .
So, $V_{A}-V_{B}=\frac{2}{20}=\text{0.1}V$
