Solution:

In $C _{60}$, all carbon atoms are $s p^{2}$ -hybridised. It contains 12 rings of five carbon each and 20 rings of six carbon each. It is anti-aromatic with spherically surrounded by $\pi$ -electrons. It is a pure form of carbon. $C - C$ bond length in it are $143.5$ and $138.3 pm$. It is prepared by heating graphite in an electric arc under inert condition (He gas).

Thus, statements (i), (ii), (iv) and (v) are correct.
