Solution:

$\mu=q \times l \Rightarrow 0.38 \times 3.33 \times 10^{-30}( cm )$

$=q \times 1.617 \times 10^{-10}$

$\Rightarrow q=\frac{0.38 \times 3.00}{1.67} \times 10^{-20}$

$=q=0.759 \times 10^{-20} C$

with respect to electron,

$q=\frac{0.759 \times 10-20}{1.6 \times 10^{-19}}=0.05$
