$r\alpha \frac{n}{\sqrt{m}}\Rightarrow \frac{r_{\left(He\right)}}{r_{\left(\left(CH\right)_{4}\right)}}=\frac{n_{\left(He\right)}}{n_{\left(\left(CH\right)_{4}\right)}}.\sqrt{\frac{16}{4}}=1$
