Solution:

The microtubules, forming the spindle arise from Mircrotubule Generator $(MTG)$. The $MTG$ occurs near the cenmoles. Centrioles produce flagella or cilia. The cilia or flagella perform several function such as locomotion, feeding, circulation etc.
