$ BC{{l}_{3}},BB{{r}_{3}} $ and , $ B{{F}_{3}} $ all of these have same structure i.e., trigonal planer ( $ s{{p}^{2}} $ hybridisation). Hence bond-angle is same for all of them (i.e., equal to $ {{120}^{o}} $ ).
