Auxin promotes rooting in stem cutting. Gibberellins causes elongation of stem in genetically dwarf plants, it causes rapid internodal elongation known as bolting. Cytokinins delays the process of senescence known as Richmond - Lang effect. Ethylene is fruit ripening hormone.
