Solution:

Bipolar neuron is with one axon and one dendrite, found in the retina of eye. Multipolar neuron is with one axon and two or more dendrites; found in cerebral cortex of forebrain. Pseudo-unipolar neuron is actually bipolar with one axon and one dendrite but looks like as unipolar; found in dorsal side of spinal cord. The myelinated nerve fibres are enveloped with Schwann cells, which form a myelin sheath around the axon.
