$ =\sqrt{135424} \times 10^{-1} $
$ =\sqrt{2^8 \times 23^2} \times 10^{-1} $
$ =\frac{2^4 \times 23}{10} $
$ =\frac{16 \times 23}{10}=36.8$...(R)
(II)$\sqrt{151.29} =\sqrt{15129 \times 10^{-2}} $
$ =\sqrt{15129} \times 10^{-1}$
$ =\sqrt{3^2 \times 41^2} \times 10^{-1} $
$ =\frac{3 \times 41}{10}$
$ =12.3$...(P)
(III)$\sqrt[3]{4.913} =\sqrt[3]{4913} \times 10^{-3}$
$ =\sqrt[3]{4913} \times 10^{-1}$
