Solution:

For upward climbing $T=m\left(g + a\right)$
and for downward $T=m\left(g - a\right)$
Rope breaks when $T\geq $ Breaking strength
In $III$ option
$T=m\left(g + a\right)=50\left(10 + 6 . 5\right)=825N$
