Solution:

Lucas test - Alcohol reacts with concentrated hydrochloric acid in presence of anhydrous $ZnCl _2$ to form alkyl halides. The three type of alcohols undergo this reaction at different rates. Order of rate of reaction is : tertiary > secondary > primary.
