Solution:

Among the $1^{\circ}, 2^{\circ}$ and $3^{\circ}$ alcohols, $3^{\circ}$ alcohols react with Lucas reagent readily and give turbidity while $2^{\circ}$ give turbidity after 5 min and $1^{\circ}$ do not react at room temperature.

Hence, 2-methyl-2-propanol ( $3^{\circ}$ alcohol) reacts with Lucas reagent fastly.
