$p^\circ $ = 760 Torr
A 1 m aqueous solution contains 1 mol of solute in 100 g (55.5 mol) of water
$\therefore $ $x_B = \frac{1}{ 1+ 55.5} = \frac{1}{56.5}$
$\frac{\Delta_p}{p} = x_B$
$\Delta p = px_B = \frac{760 \, Torr}{56.5} $ = 13.45 Torr.
