As per fluid mosaic model of plasma membrane, the cell membrane consists of a highly viscous fluid matrix of two layers of phospholipid molecules. Ribosome mainly consists of r-RNA and protein. Chromosome is made up of DNA and basic proteins wheras nucleolus mainly consist of $ r- $ RNA.
