Solution:

Human RBCs are about $7.4\,um$ in diameter and its thickness is $1$ to $5\, urn$. It is pale yellow in colour but appear to be red in group. The number of RBCs are counted by instrument haemocytometer. The total number of RBCs per cubic mm of blood is called RBC count. The life span of red blood corpuscles varies in different animals but in human it is $120$ in days.
