$\vec{ c }=(2 \vec{ a } \times \vec{ b })-3 \vec{ b } $
$ \vec{ b } \cdot \vec{ c }=\vec{ b } \cdot(2 \vec{ a } \times \vec{ b })-3 \vec{ b } \cdot \vec{ b }$
$ =-3| b |^2 $
$ =-48$
