Solution:

Given, $\{(x, y): 2 x-y=10\}$
Reflexive, $x R x \Leftrightarrow 2 x-x=10$
$\Rightarrow x=10$
$\Rightarrow y=10 $
$\therefore $ Point $(10,10) \in N $
Hence, $R$ is reflexive.
