Solution:

First 5 odd natural numbers $=1,3,5,7,9$
Mean of 5 odd natural numbers
$=\frac{1+3+5+7+9}{5}=5$
Deviation $=\langle 4,2,0,2,4\rangle$
$ =\langle|1-5|,|3-5|,|5-5|,|7-5|,|9-5|\rangle$
$\therefore O=\text { Mean deviation }=\frac{4+2+0+2+4}{5}=24$
First 5 prime numbers $=2,3,5,7,11$
Mean $=\frac{2+3+5+7+11}{5}=5.6$
Deviation $=3.6,2.6,0.6,1.4,5.4$
$P=$ Mean deviation
$=\frac{3.6+26+0.6+1.4+5.4}{5}=2.72$
$P-O=2.72-2.4=0.32$
