$E_{axial}=\frac{1}{4\pi\varepsilon_{0}} \frac{2p}{r^{3}}$
$ E_{equatorial}= \frac{1}{4\pi\varepsilon_{0}} \frac{p}{r^{3}}$
$\therefore E_{a}=2E_{eq}.$
