$v = \sqrt{\frac{3RT}{2 \frac{n}{0}}}$
$v' = \sqrt{\frac{3R\times2T}{14}}$
$\frac{v}{v'} = \sqrt{\frac{1}{4}}$
$\frac{v}{v'} = \frac{1}{2}$
$v' = 2v$
