Q. In vertebrates, lacteals are found in

Digestion and Absorption

Solution:

In vertebrates, lacteals are found in ileum. Lacteals are minute blind-ended lymph vessels that occur in each villus of ileum. After digestion, reconstituted fats are released into the lacteals as chylomicrons.
