Kimetal, $(1973)$ suggested $L$-shape model of $tRNA$ by $X$-ray diffraction, while studying phenyl alanine $rRNA$ of yeast. $L$-shape structure of $tRNA$ is a three-dimensional $(3D)$ structure of $20\,\mathring{A}$ thickness.
