By gas law $n_{2}=\frac{p_{f} v_{0}}{R\left(2 T_{0}\right)}$
$=\frac{4 p_{0} v_{0}}{3 R\left(2 T_{0}\right)}=\frac{2 p_{0} v_{0}}{3 R T_{0}}$
