Solution:

In 1 g of sample the percentage of nitrogen can be find out as follows
$N\%=\frac{14 \times N \times V}{W_{O . C .}}\times 100$
Here $N\times V$ of $H_{2}SO_{4}=n\times M\times V$
$=2\times 1\times 10\times 10^{- 3}=20\times 10^{- 3}$
% Nitrogen $=\frac{14 \times 20 \times 1 0^{- 3}}{1}\times 100=28\%$
