The order of reactivity depends upon the stability of carbocation. Greater the stability of the carbocation faster will be the rate of reaction. Hence, the order of reactivity will be $ 3{}^\circ $ alkyl halide $ > $ $ 2{}^\circ $ alkyl halide $ > $ $ 1{}^\circ $ alkyl halide $ > $ methyl halide.
