Solution:

$K_{4}\left[T h \left(C_{2} O_{4}\right)_{2} \left(H_{2} O\right)\right]$

$4+Y+2\left(- 2\right)+0=0$

$Y=+2$ (oxidation number)

Coordination number $\left(\right.X\left.\right)=2\times 2+2=6$

$X+Y=6+2=8$
