As $V=\sqrt{V^{2}_{R}+\left(V_{L}-V_{C}\right)^{2}}$
$\therefore 200=\sqrt{V^{2}_{R}+\left(100-100\right)^{2}}$
$=V_{R}$ or $V_{R}=200\,V$
