Capacitors in series
$2 C_{1} \times V_{1}=C \times V_{2}$
$2 V_{1}=V_{2}$ ...(i)
and $V_{1}+V_{2}+V_{1}=60$ ...(ii)
Solving Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get
$V_{2}=30\, V$
