Solution:

Ligaments consist of mainly collagen fibres and some elastic fibres. It connects end of a long bone to another, Tendon is a very dense, strong fibrous connective tissue made of collagen fibres. Tendon connects a skeletal muscle to a bone. Cartilage is a solid but semi-rigid and flexible connective tissue. Cartilage like the fibrous tissues, is avascular and nutrients must diffuse into it from nearby tissues. Muscles are composed of muscle tissue, that contracts to effect a particular movement.
