Given, $ {{i}_{c}}=10mA,{{i}_{c}}=\frac{9}{10}\times {{i}_{e}} $ So, $ 10=\frac{9}{10}\times {{i}_{e}} $ or $ {{i}_{e}}=\frac{100}{9}\approx 11mA $
