In $ {{K}_{3}}Cr{{({{C}_{2}}{{O}_{4}})}_{3}}, $ chromium (Or) is attached by three divalent oxalate ligand hence the coordination number of Cr is 6. Let the oxidation state of Cr is $ x $ in $ {{K}_{3}}Cr{{({{C}_{2}}{{O}_{4}})}_{3}} $
$ +3+x+3(-2)=0 $
$ 3+x-6=0 $
$ x-3=0 $
$ x=+3 $
