in base emitter loop
$5-\left(200 k\right)i_{B}-0.8=0$
$i_{B}=\frac{5 - 0 . 8}{200 \times 10^{3}}$
$i_{B}=\frac{4 . 2}{2 \times 10^{5}}=2.1\times 10^{- 5}$
$\beta =\frac{i_{C}}{i_{B}}\Rightarrow i_{C}=βi_{B}=100\times 2.1\times 10^{- 5}$
$=2.1\times 10^{- 3}$ Amp.
$V_{CC}-R_{C}i_{c}-0.2=0$
$R_{C}=\frac{V_{CC} - 0 . 2}{i_{C}}=\frac{10 - 0 . 2}{2 . 1 \times 10^{- 3}}=4.67\,k\Omega $
