Solution:

Glyoxysomes are small, spherical vesicle enclosed by a single unit membrane. Glyoxysome are generally found in cells of common yeast, Neurospora and in germinating seeds. In later, the fatty acid is converted into carbohydrate, i.e., Glyoxylate cycle (gluconeogenesis).
