Q. In general, pollen tube enters the ovule through

Solution:

The pollen tube enters the ovule in majority of cases through micropyle by a process termed porogamy or it may enter through chalaza (chalazogamy) as in Casuarina.
In rare cases the pollen tube may pierce through integuments (mesogamy) as in Populus, Cucurbita.
