Solution:

Area upto $30 \,s; = \frac{1}{2} \times 10 \times 2 + \frac{1}{2} ( 1 + 2 ) \times 5$
$+ 1 \times 10 + \frac{1}{2} \times 5 \times 1 = 30\,m/s$
$\Rightarrow v = 30\,m/s$
